Terms of Service

Using OptiLZ

These terms apply when you access or use OptiLZ. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact questions can be sent to zafirov.luka@gmail.com.

Your account

You are responsible for your Google account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your OptiLZ account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass account or energy limits, or use OptiLZ unlawfully.

Your content and Google Sheet

You retain ownership of information and images you submit. You grant OptiLZ permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload your content. Your connected Google Sheet remains subject to Google's terms and your Google account settings.

Health information

OptiLZ is a personal organization and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Do not rely on OptiLZ instead of qualified professional advice.

Credits, energy, and purchases

If paid features become available, the price and included digital items are shown before checkout. Credits and energy have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not a bank account or investment. Mandatory consumer rights, including any rights that cannot legally be waived, remain unaffected.

Third-party services

OptiLZ depends on services such as Google, Cloudflare, Open-Meteo, and Open Food Facts. Their availability and content are outside OptiLZ's control and may be governed by separate terms.

Availability and changes

OptiLZ may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. Reasonable care is used to keep OptiLZ available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, OptiLZ is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, user-entered errors, third-party outages, or loss caused by failure to maintain access to your Google account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their country of residence.

Changes to these terms

Updates will be published here with a revised effective date. If a material change requires consent, OptiLZ will request it where required.
